Our CVO Team.

Processors:

AQC processors have 20+ yrs of experience. They work from the comfort of their home, this allows them to be completely flexible in the work-life balance and allows them to assist their client and/or provider 24/7

Data Coordinators:

AQC coordinators undergo a rigorous six-month to one-year training program led by our data manager. Access to the AQC credentialing software and sensitive data is granted only after successful completion of testing and approval. These coordinators are essential members of the AQC team, responsible for monitoring, renewing, and notifying clients of any sanctions or expirations. Our data coordinators maintain continuous system operation, working diligently to add documents, update dates and naming conventions, and manage document removal.

Monitoring Team

Once a month there is a digital scrubbing of data. Our monitor teams runs reports for all clients subscribed to our monitoring program. These reports are checked for accuracy of expiring documentation. Our monitoring team reaches out to providers personally to request renewed liability insurance, ACLS/BLS/PALS, renewed identification documentation, and other items not easily verified online. Our monitoring professionals are trained for a minimum of 6 months at the most one year. It is essential they understand the processes, documents, and the art of monitoring large amounts of provider data.

Accounting Team:

The accounting team plays a critical role in our organization's financial health. Given the numerous pass-through and upfront costs associated with AQC's operations, this department is responsible for ensuring timely client payments and prompt contractor disbursements.
